These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of Content Studio, an AI-powered video accessibility platform operated by Binclusive Teknoloji A.S. ("Binclusive", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.
Content Studio enables you to upload video files and generate accessibility-focused outputs such as audio descriptions, subtitles, transcripts, and structured metadata through automated and AI-based systems. The service is designed to support a wide range of professional and creative use cases.
You may only upload video content that you own or are legally authorized to use. This includes ensuring that all necessary intellectual property, privacy, and usage rights have been obtained.
By uploading content, you confirm that its processing through our platform does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.
To keep the platform safe and reliable, you agree not to use Content Studio in a way that could cause harm to the service, other users, or third parties. This includes, but is not limited to, uploading content that is unlawful, abusive, misleading, or technically harmful.
Content Studio relies on automated systems to analyze video content and generate outputs. While we continuously improve the quality of these results, AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies or omissions.
You are responsible for reviewing and validating all outputs before using them in production, publication, or distribution.
You retain full ownership of the video content you upload. To operate the service, you grant Binclusive a limited right to store, process, and transform your content strictly for service-related purposes.
All rights to the Content Studio platform, including its software, infrastructure, and AI systems, remain with creators.
Some features of Content Studio require an active subscription. Pricing, plan limits, and billing cycles are presented during sign-up and may vary by plan.
Payments are handled by third-party providers, including Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Paddle collects and processes subscription and billing information in accordance with their privacy practices. Refunds are provided at the sole discretion of Paddle and on a case-by-case basis and may be refused. Paddle will refuse a refund request if we find evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behaviour that entitles Paddle to counterclaim the refund. This does not affect your rights as a Consumer in relation to Products which are not as described, faulty or not fit for purpose.
Paid subscriptions may automatically renew until canceled. You may cancel at any time, with cancellation effective from the next billing period. Any changes to pricing or subscription terms will be communicated in advance.
We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to the service if we reasonably believe that the Terms have been violated, that usage poses a risk to the platform or other users, or if fraudulent activity is suspected.
You may discontinue use of the service at any time by canceling your subscription.
Content Studio is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, Binclusive is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service or reliance on generated outputs.
We may revise these Terms as the service evolves. Updated Terms become effective when published. Continued use of Content Studio after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
